Bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. (No cable TV). 🖤 GAME ROOM The game room features a pool table, foosball, arcade games, a streaming TV, and toys for young kids. 🖤 KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals. It also includes two coffee makers: a drip machine with a cone-shaped filter and a Keurig. The dining table seats 8 with the extension, and a high chair is available for kids. 🖤 OUTDOOR The property has two decks: The lower deck offers a cozy hangout area with mountain views and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The upper deck features Adirondack rockers, a relaxing space to watch the sunset, and a private hot tub. A charcoal park-style grill is located at the front—charcoal is not provided. 🖤AMENITIES Enjoy the seasonal community pool, open from April 15th through the last weekend in September, 9 AM to 9 PM. The resort fitness center is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. A starter supply of dish/laundry detergent, hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided for your arrival (guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay). We not provide toiletries. The cabin includes a full-size washer and dryer.

➜ You must be 21 years old to book. ➜ No smoking indoors. No events. No parties. ➜ The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized after every guest to ensure it's ready for your stay. The water may take time to re-heat, so adjust settings upon arrival if you plan to use it. For safety, keep the temperature under 104°F. Children under 12 are not permitted, and guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Introducing lotions, oils, or soaps can damage the unit. A $150 fee will apply if the tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling. ➜ For the comfort of all guests we do not allow pets. Bringing a pet will incur a fine of $500. ➜ Late check-out with incur additional fee. ➜ Except in cases of natural disasters or mandatory evacuations, we have a strict no-refund policy for weather-related cancellations, road conditions, or height concerns. Mountain roads are mostly flat, straight, and city-plowed, but conditions can vary. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance through Airbnb for peace of mind. ➜ The cabin is equipped with WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. However, please note that since we are nestled in the mountains, the connection may not be as fast or reliable as you're used to. ➜ We do not have cable TV. ➜ For the safety of our guests we have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Tampering with the security cameras will incur a fine of $500. ➜ BUGS (ants, ladybugs, millipedes, bees, etc.) may occasionally enter the cabin despite monthly pest control treatments. Being in a national park, this is unavoidable. Refunds won’t be issued for insects, so please consider this when booking. ➜ BEARS are common in the area and can be dangerous, so please stay alert and follow safety guidelines. Do not feed the animals and don’t leave food or trash outside or in your car. ➜ Per our house rules and Airbnb policy, the host is not liable for injuries on the property. Whether you’re visiting local shops, grabbing a bite to eat, or heading into the Great Smoky Mountains, everything is conveniently close to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable.
