Queen sofa bed in the living room with linens provided. Game room features full-size bunk beds (open space, no door). High-quality linens included for all beds. 🖤 LIVING ROOM Cozy up by the fireplace with classic board games, books, a smart TV, and a JBL stereo for streaming. Bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. (No cable TV). 🖤 GAME ROOM Challenge friends at the pool table or foosball, relive your childhood on the arcade games, stream your favorite shows on the TV, and keep little ones happy with a selection of kids’ toys. 🖤 KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals. It also includes two coffee makers: a drip machine with a cone-shaped filter and a Keurig. The dining table seats 8 with the extension, and a high chair is available for kids. The cabin includes a full-size washer and dryer in the cupboard off the kitchen. 🖤 OUTDOOR The property has two decks: The lower deck offers a cozy hangout area with mountain views and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The upper deck features Adirondack rockers, a relaxing space to watch the sunset, and a private hot tub. A charcoal park-style grill is located at the front—charcoal is not provided. 🖤RESORT AMENITIES Enjoy the seasonal community pool, which is typically open from April 15th through the last weekend of September—although dates can vary according to weather and is at the discretion of the resort management. Pool hours are 9 AM to 9 PM. The resort fitness center is also open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. 🖤WELCOME PACK A starter supply of dish/laundry detergent, coffee, hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided for your convenience upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

We want to keep the tub sparkling for you! ➜ Cleaning: Our professional team follows strict quality controls with time-stamped photo and video verification before every stay, ensuring the cabin is perfectly prepared for your arrival. ➜ Connectivity: WiFi is available, but speeds may vary due to our mountain location. We do not have cable TV, but streaming is available. ➜ Safety: Exterior security cameras protect the property — tampering will incur a $500 fine. ➜ Nature: • Bugs (ants, ladybugs, millipedes, bees, etc.) may occasionally appear despite monthly pest control. Refunds won’t be issued for insects. • Bears are common and can be dangerous. Don’t feed them, don’t leave trash or food outside or in cars, and keep vehicles locked. ➜ Weather & Roads: Except for natural disasters or mandatory evacuations, we have a strict no-refund policy for weather-related cancellations, road conditions, or height concerns. Less than 10 mins from the heart of downtown, you’ll have quick access to all the entertainment, restaurants, and attractions the area has to offer. Whether you’re visiting local shops, grabbing a bite to eat, or heading into the Great Smoky Mountains, everything is conveniently close to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable. Uber/Lyft is not readily available in the area and a car is required. Taxi's require pre-booking.
